This is a juice that consists of orange, grapefruit and lemon. Werner-Gray agrees it is also one of her favorites and a few reasons for this include, "I made up the recipe for a sweet juice that was also cleansing. It is high in Vitamin C, and helps to blast fat and cellulite! It is extremely refreshing, especially for an afternoon pick me up! Many people have used it with great success and it is understandable why this is the favorite recipe of many people!".
